[EE] 5V ARM chips

I use STM32 mcu's whenever possible, but sometimes I need to deal with 5 volt logic. I am happy with the ST ecosystem. Not interested in NXP or Atmel offerings. But recently I bumped into a device that uses a MindMotion MM32SPIN05PT mcu. It has a lot of similarity to an STM32F050, and it will run up to 5V. But my Chinese is poor, so navigating their website is painful. Can anyone help me out here? I assume that they have a patch to allow the STMCubeIDE to work. That would be fantastic. Also, these parts are under US$60 for 100 pieces.
