Hi Jason, We used to make protypes using wirewrap - I still have a hand tool here. My first home made computer was wirewrapped too. I'd say yes to both questions, at least for experimenting and testing. The hand wrap tool had a wire stripper in the middle which would be a little difficult to use. I don't know how long 'regular length' 0.1" header are, you need at least about 3 - 4mm to wrap (a little over 1/8" I guess) John
