I use JLCPCB for inexpensive boards. However if I plan on having them
assembled as well I like to use Seeed Studios for both fab and assembly.

Expect delivery times to be longer than usual. With recent developments I
believe duties need to be paid on all orders coming from China regardless
of dollar amount.
