I've been using KiCAD with the PCBWAY plugin. I've done a few four layer
boards. On the last run, I had them assemble one of them. They do a much
better job soldering SMT parts than I do! Sourcing the parts for one board
seems like a lot of work, but they did it at a very reasonable cost.
