Thanks for sharing this, much appreciated. I have no idea of anything 
useful to do with this information, but it's
fascinating. Come to think of it, I have some big electromagnetic 
shaker drivers in need of  an amplifier. I was
thinking of a class-D amplifier from one of the usual suspects but 
this might work too.
