Digikey has a PCB service DKRed with free 
shipping to U.S. addresses. It's been around for a few years.

This link has a few US suppliers and will give 
comparative prices (all tend to be even higher 
than DKRed, as you might expect).

To get a quote on Digikey Red service you have to 
select red solder mask, 1oz, TG 170-180, ENIG finish
and white silk screen. 5 pieces 100 x 100mm only 
$116. USD but no DFM or electrical tests, and 11 *business* days build time.
6 business days is double price, and still no testing or DFM.

Personally, I'm very happy with the various 
Chinese suppliers for PCBs and PCBA, but there are no tariffs
on PCBs in Canada, as in most of the world, not 
to mention much lower prices, wide range of options and fast delivery. It's
pretty hard to consider a bare PCB price that 
exceeds the wholesale selling price of your 
entire packaged product with firmware,
accessories and a manual.
