I know I'm stretching the topic a bit here, but could you clarify "Destroyed by tariffs", please? I'm currently working with a small board with an ESP32 on it (think business card size). JLCPCB is doing qty250 fully populated boards at $8 each. Even with tariffs, my landed cost is less than $20 ea. The US based assembler wants $32 each and the quote still has a disclaimer promising to pass any tariffs back to me in addition to the quoted cost. -Denny On Sun, Jul 20, 2025 at 5:21 PM madscientistatlarge <[email protected]> wrote: > > > Anyone know of a good prototype PCB fab service? Preferably one in the U.S. or at least north America? Really being destroyed by tariffs already. This would be small mostly 2 layer boards.
