[BUY] Engineer Needed - Hardware/Software Design Project

A client is looking for a hardware/software engineer to design a new
product. Here are some of the features desired.

Hardware

2 Ethernet ports

4 analog audio inputs

1 RF transmitter, probably WiFi. Bluetooth might be possible, though it
appears bandwidth would not be sufficient

1 AES3 audio input

CPU, memory, glue logic, power supply, etc.

The hardware might take the approach of a single board computer (such as
the Raspberry Pi Compute Module) on a custom board, or a custom board
using a microcontroller or other CPU.

Software:

Fetch XML using HTTP, parse, prepare for transmission of WiFi

Respond to commands received over TCP

Receive video over AES3 (yes, video over digital audio port)

Compress audio for transmission with very low latency

Transmit VP9 video over WiFi with very low latency

Web UI for system configuration

NAT or Ethernet switch to allow device plugged into one Ethernet port to
communicate with network on other Ethernet port

Transmit low speed ultrasonic beacon

WiFi to support many simultaneous users (50 or more)

Android Device Application

Decode ultrasonic beacon

Connect to WiFi access point (above hardware) based on ultrasonic beacon

Display text data received over WiFi

Display video received over WiFi

Play two of the four channels of audio received over WiFi
