You could try machined pin headers, like these: <https://pt.aliexpress.com/item/32892386779.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.main.4.57d8CsBOCsBOVG&aem_p4p_detail=2025081606194734920104998480002334097&algo_pvid=542ec150-188a-43dd-8a42-96f06cf56496&algo_exp_id=542ec150-188a-43dd-8a42-96f06cf56496-3&pdp_ext_f=%7B%22order%22%3A%22138%22%2C%22eval%22%3A%221%22%7D&pdp_npi=6%40dis%21BRL%2134.40%2134.40%21%21%215.90%215.90%21%40210308a417553503869126668ef875%2112000028007443295%21sea%21BR%21120111101%21X%211%210%21n_tag%3A-29919%3Bm03_new_user%3A-29895&curPageLogUid=Bqvq4hT1grpR&utparam-url=scene%3Asearch%7Cquery_from%3A%7Cx_object_id%3A32892386779%7C_p_origin_prod%3A&search_p4p_id=2025081606194734920104998480002334097_1> They can be cut so you can separate just the number of pins you need, even just one. The hole is not too large and it has leaf springs inside to press against the inserted pin.
