You could form wire "cups" / half circlets / u-shape with pliers. Wire comes out of pcb, turned down 180 degrees and then formed into a half circle, concave side up. Solder resistors into these. For bonus points, make wire longer after exiting board. Double over. Wrap end around itself where it leaves the board. Bend doubled portion into a U as above. Russell
