Some effort to scratch thru the hob oxide with probes but no attempt to
improve/clean the hob (aka  stove eyes, burner) to chassis connectivity.

Measured hobs to chassis, expecting close to zero ohms but to my surprise
measured :-

1    105 ohm
2    Open
3    7M ohm
4    21K ohm
5    186K ohm

I am guessing if I put in lots of effort into cleaning the mating surfaces
they would have measured close to 0 ohms.

Spark plug to chassis measured:- (Avoid using excessive force to scratch
thru the oxide of the spark plugs, but appears there is no oxide.  They
look like shinny and clean stainless steel probes.)

1   20M
2   24M
3   18M
4    18M
5    17M

Spark plug to spark plug - all measured open circuit

Shorted 3 spark plugs separately and had no percievable effect on the
remaining spark plugs.
