Happy New Year PIC-listers, and belated Merry Christmas too. Seems I've been 
here since at least 1999.

My earliest PIC project was a PIC16C54 in 1994, written in assembler. Modified for 
PIC16C84 at some point.

I have a PIC16F877 project dating back to 2001, my first ever program written in C 
on a micro-controller, though bootloader in assembler (Petr Kolomaznik/Shane 
Tolmie, ~100 instruction words). Migrated to the 'A' suffixed part around 2007. Still 
building/programming these 25 years later, adding new features and removing old 
one, somehow still fitting the code in 8K words but only just.

Doing a little more with ESP32 presently, using AI with coding questions. Still 
appreciate the discussions here.
