Hmmm... did you pull off one of the memory chips?? :-)  Sorry, but the
m400 comes with 1Meg of SRAM as a standard feature.  Well, mine did and
the features list on the website

includes "1MB NV SRAM for Data Storage".

The 390 could come with 512K or 1024K of SRAM.
