I would not mess with superglue -- too easy to get it on pins and pads and 
that will make soldering very difficult.  Make sure everything is clean and 
there is a bit of solder on one of the pads -- you may have to add a little.  
Then hold the part with a tweezers and tack down a pin to the pad that has a 
bit of solder on it.  This should hold the part in place.  Then solder the 
rest of the pins.  Sometimes, it is necessary to tack down two pins on larger 
parts.  To solder fine-pitch parts, you may need some type of magnification 
if you are over 25 :-)
