Hi,

Superglue may work, I don't know. However one technique that does work
is to solder one of the corner pins first to attach a device and then
solder the rest. To do this you tin one of the corner attachment pads
then hold the device in place and heat the pin. You can tidy-up this
first joint, if necessary, after you've done all the rest.

Low melting point (LMP) solder and a low temperature bit are a good idea
since everything happens a lot slower so you're less likely to flood the
device with solder. 

Placing the devices needs some fine tipped tweezers. Personally I prefer
the "push to open" sort since they won't drop the device if you put them
down.

Working with SMDs is a lot easier if you can magnify the image while
keeping both hands free. A magnifying glass on a stand may do, but a
binocular microscope is better.
