Problem with TINI ftp server - failed under put and dir commands

I'm trying to run the first Blinky application program and I am at lost
trying to get TINI400 to load in the program. I've tried removing all
firewalls and even had direct ethernet connection to the PC with the
samresults. Am I missing something?
