One additional point on the subject :)

If there are restrictions on addresses to which I need to access, then I
will just use a native library.  However, my problem with this is that
dynamically loaded classes can't load native libraries.

Can I request that there be a method such as "setRestrictions" (with a
boolean flag or something) in DataPort that enables and disables the
memory restrictions?  I realize that the restrictions need to be there on
the '390 for PCE/CE reasons, but the '400 seems to only use the CE lines
for the memory range.
