Dear Abid Karim - I suggest that you look at the the Systronix SBX2 board
at:

http://www.systronix.com/expansion/sbx2/sbx2.htm

Of interest to you is:

• 24-channel digital I/O, each bit independent, opto-22 connector
format. Fast parallel access.

• hardware UART with RS232 DCE, RS232 DTE, RS485 or IrDA I/O

The Systronix SBX23 requires usage of a Systronix STEP+ board for the TINI
390 interface.

Best regards, Kelly Smith
