RE: TINI Web Server HTML page refresh

As I know, in html it can be done by writing meta in
the head.
to refresh itself 
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="10">

to redirect to another URL
<meta http-equiv="refresh"
content="100;URL=http://dalasemi.com">

add the "/" in the string. I think that could do what
you want, maybe to pool some values.
But anybody knows is there any other solution to sense
the value change? applet? or something else?
