Date.toString() causing StringIndexOutOfBoundsException

These cause a StringIndexOutOfBoundsException:
new Date(8921596557816496128L).toString();
new Date(4314017228203753472L).toString();
The Limitations.txt document states that incorrect values will be returned
if the dates are out of range, not that it will throw an exception.
