Heap problem

Hi, I've been experiencing a problem in running my app after ftp'ing a new version. Typically after ftp'ing my app (it's large, about 166K) I try and run it from a telnet session and I get the following error: Could not execute file: Insufficient heap Usually, I reboot and I can then run my app. Sometimes even after a reboot I still get the error. When that happens the only way to recover is to use JavaKit to reload the tini firmware and then ftp all my files back on. This concerns me a lot since once there are TINIs in the field there will be a danger that an upgrade will break them causing the truck to roll out.
