Error in launch JavaKit

I have problems in execute:

C:\tini1.12\bin>java -classpath tini.jar JavaKit -400 -flash 40

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/comm/CommPort

I'm use:

J2sdk1.4.2_03 and javacomm20-win32
