RE: Production chip programming

Some units will have Ethernet driver chips de-populated, so NetBoot won't
work. (the MAC id chip is still there) Right now, I am trying to use the ROM
commands to dump (D) each bank. Then, I'm  cutting and pasting the results
out of JavaKit into a final file. Crude, but I think it will work. The file
may be work with the JavaKit verify too.
