reference design netcam SRAM & flash availability

Hi,

   Anyone knows how to get a couple of piece for
reference design netcam SRAM (Hitachi high speed one,
HM62W8511) and flash (AMD29LV040B-60R)? Looks it's not
available on distribution channel. Also if anyone
knows the replacement for those parts on netcam
reference design? Anyone can provide netcam demo
board?
