The DS80C400-FNY chip is rated at -40 to +85 deg C.
The DSTINIm400 is rated from 0 deg C to 70 deg C.
1) What changes would be required to the DSTINIm400 reference design to
make it run at -40 to +85?
-- buffer/latch the address, data, and control busses?
2) Is it a matter of testing parts to find a DSTINIm400 that runs at the
extended temps?
3) Are there cooling limitations with the socket?

thanks
Tony Cann
