Where can I change the flash programming algorithm in my slush??

Hello,

because there are worldwide problems in getting the right flash, I have 
the question:

If I have a certain flash with an access time from 60 to 90 ns , how can 
I get my 73.2Mhz tini design work with that?
Where do I have to make the changes?
