I can't get started!!!

Hi,
I hava the Tinitutor board of Taylec Ltd. I have installed j2sdk1.4.2_04 (J2SE)
and the communications API. I have followed all the steps to get start, but it
doestn't work!! Java Kit doesn't run. I have Windows XP Professional. This is
the error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/comm/CommPort

I don't know what happens! Please, I need some help!!!
