There is a demo-quality HTTP server at
ftp://ftp.dalsemi.com/pub/tini/ds80c400/c_libraries/appnotes/monitor_appnote
_source.zip

We are in the process of debugging a more robust HTTP server library.
Hopefully we can release it within a few weeks.
