Hi all I'm using the Dallas 400 with SRAM at 0x0 - 0x100000 (1MB) and Flash at 0x400000-0x600000 (2MB). I am trying to get the PCE's working. I have tried all sorts of SFR-settings, but so far, none of the PCE lines do anything, apart from staying at high level. The SFR's: MCON = B3 - CE0, CE1 as Prog/Data memory and CE2, CE3 as Prog memory P4CNT = EF - CE0, CE1, CE2 enabled, 2MB per CEx P5CNT = 87 - PCE0, PCE1, PCE2, PCE3 enabled P6CNT = E0 - 1MB/PCEx As far as I can tell, when stepping through the entire 16MB, reading each byte, at some point the PCE's should be activated. So far, however, this has not happened and at least PCE2 and PCE3 stay rock solid at high level. Can anybody shine some light on this? (also, P4CNT says that eg. PCE3 controls 768K - 1 MB, while according to the PC6CNT this should be 3-4MB ??) Thanks in advance. Regards, Hans Hans Brinkman LogicaCMG bv.
