Also, try doing a "gc" command between those df's. As I understand it the OS doesn't deallocate memory at the end of programs but rather leaves it for the garbage collector to pick up. Or is this supposed to be default behaviour for slush? After a reboot, df shows Free RAM: 826080 And the size decreases all the time when i enter a command to a prompt.
