Hello,

While I completly agree with you about windows, I am able to use netboot 
functionality with Linux ; so I don't think your problem is related to 
windows this time.

If I am not wrong, you need to have dhcp and tftp server at the same 
IP-address, otherwise tini can't know where to find the tftp server. 
Maybe your problem is here, because your hardware routers doesn't have a 
tftp server ?
