Problems booting slush

Hello: I am trying to boot a TINI390 in a Systronix STEP board. I get javaKit running, chat with the board, load tini12-bank1to6.tbin, then slush.tbin, then clear the heap, then press "e" and return and I hand at they with two dots over it. After I press reset in javaKit I get " > TINI loader 05-15-00 17:45 etc. I've done this with two other tini390's and steps under win 98 but it doesn't seem to be getting any easier.
