facing problem in intial phase of loading files in tini

i am also having the tinis400 board but having problem in
loading files in TINI
I am able to attache it properly with board and computer
and all java things are propely installed.
The initial prompt is coming
But when i load file t_400.tbin
in give me message 
No response from TINI board
Load Completed

Then if i load slush...tbin
again same message comes.
What should I understand that File is loaded or not
Bcause when I give 
e <return>to login
then 
message comes
sluch loading
ok
ok
like this
the it ask me for 
login :
default id is root
then it ask for 
password :
i am giving tini
but here it hangs.... do not give any output.
i am really frustated...
Where I am wrong.
I am using straight serail cable to comuunicate thru tini
board.
