Desperately seeking salary

Dear Tini list,

I'm sorry for all that I offend with this off topic post but I am
desperately seeking work. I am a 55 year old life long geek that has been
designing electronics for 30 plus years and doing embedded programming for
the past 10 years. I have successfully designed a number of products for
employers during my career. I'm self taught and think I can push around
electrons with the best of them. I've been playing with the Tini and
following this mailing list since July 2000. My most recent employer is a
startup that has run out of funding. Following two previous employers with
similar results. The employment market here in Illinois is still terrible at
best. I am ready and willing to relocate. If anyone knows of someone who
could use me I would be deeply grateful. I'm guessing my lack of a degree is
keeping employers from taking me seriously but I'm the real deal and can
provide the references to back my abilities. If anyone wants to contact me
off list I am available and ready to work. Again I humbly apologize for this
post but I really need a job.
