DS80C400 running at 33Mhz

We are starting a new development and we consider the possibility of use
the DS80C400.

We have a question regarding the Ethernet communication of this device.

We would like to know if it appears any problem when the DS80C400 is
running at 33Mhz. Does the ethernet communication work properly?.
