Yes, the external interrupts work in TINIOS 1.12.

Yes, nExtInt is connected to /INT0.

The P1.4-P1.7 interrupt pins are also used for serial flow control.  If 
you do not need serial flow control, you can rewire these to your 
interrupt sources.
