ConfigRegister class for TSilk

Hey list,

I just compiled a program that uses the ConfigRegister class that is used to
change settings on the Systronix TSilk.  I was able to get the program
compiled to a .tini file, but when I ran the program (that implemented the
ConfigRegister class) it crashed says this:

Unable to load/initialize library:Unable to load
tstik_spi_native_method_config.tlib
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Unable to load
tstik_spi_native_method_config.tlib

How or where do I put or use this file so that when I compile it will not
have this problem??
