Serial ports 0, 1 and 2 on the DS400 chip map to the device names "serial0" , "serial1" and "serial4" on TINIOS. The device names "serial2" and "serial3" are reserved on TINI for external (off chip) serial ports. This at least explains your serial2 issue (since "serial2" does not exist). I cannot help with any specifics related to TiniTerm. > > >Also I do not know what is meant by running my program from ftp prompt. >When in a dos shell on my host computer and connected to my TINI board I >can only issue ftp commands.
