after 1 or 2 our the ds80c400 is missing interrupts (rising edge)

Hy All,

I'm testing the external interrupt on the DS80C400 with a keyboard
decoder. I' ve set up the interrupt response for the rising edge.
each time this happens I have to clear the interrupt on the keyboard
decoder.
This is working fine for an hour or two but than for some reasons the
DS80C400 isn't reacting anymore on the interrupts or misses interrupts.
I first tought that the program was hanging, but I'v include some output
but this is stil coming so the program isn't hanging. When I restart the
program everyting works well again for 1 or 2 hours.
Has someone also seen this problem?
