Using ASM with Java in TINIOS

I would like to access serial port as assembly level
to do some realtime serial transmission i.e. I would
like to transmit 8 bit of data immediately after
TINIm400 received 8 bit of data via serial 4. Is it
possible to access serial port in the assembly level?
because I tried to use Java to do this, but it is
turned out that the program wait for a certain period
of time (~1ms or more) which is too long (i need
.125ms). Can I use assembly to achieve this? but I do
have to get some data from Java program also. Could
you suggest me the way what I should do? and How could
I find more information on this.
