Accessing web server on TINI

I have a web server running on the tini on port 88 and
the tini is in the DMZ of my Linksys wireless router.
The IP address of the tini is 192.168.0.10 and the WAN
ip address is (ie internet IP) 68.123.112.64. I'm
trying to access the Web page on the server from the
browser, outside my LAN, by the following URL:
http://68.123.112.64:88/ It gives the page not found
error, but I can access it fine inside my LAN. 

Any idea what I may be missing ? Can anyone access my
