I have designed several high-speed TINI based platforms recently. If I can be
of help, let me know.

The TINIm400 cannot run faster than 14.7 x 2 due to the speed of its memory
chips. You will have to build your own system with different memory chips
(possibly running from SRAM instead of Flash); several people on the TINI list
have done so and would probably be willing to offer you help in return for a
moderate fee.
