If the DTR jumper is installed and the TINI board is connected to your 
PC, any DTR activity on the serial port will reset TINI.

Examples:
1. PDA sync utilities
2. Executing java or javac with comm.jar in the ext directory
3. Windows searching for modems?
4. Bad comm applications that open ports to see if they exist.  (causing 
a possible DTR change of state)
