I'm afraid "loft" is a bit of a misnomer since it's actually our loft
conversion, so we don't let it get that cold (since it's my and the
wife's bedroom). The hottest it got, before we had the blackout veluxe
blinds fitted was 42C, but that was with the midday sun beating down on
the box containing the DS18S20, so it probably doesn't mean much.

The TINI is actually at the "front room" end on the ground floor and so
is subject to even less spectacular temperature variations - so no help
there I'm afraid.
