Thanks Bryan,

But I wished if I had some answers in numbers rather than descriptions.

The emulator I meant of course need to test TINI specific applications, I
guess there still no such TINI specific one.

Java always has overhead.  The amount of overhead depends on what the 
application is doing between calls to change the port pin.

Yes, see <tinidir>/docs/Native_Methods.txt, and the native library 
example in the TINI SDK.

I get about 29Kbytes/second on a moderately loaded network.  Is it 
possible some local network issue on your end is hindering program load?

One good way to test an application is to run it on your PC.  You can 
test all application code that does not use specific hardware only 
available on TINI.
