Hi, Vijay.  There are a number of dynamic DNS servers out there.  I 
know of dyndns.org and zoneedit.com, for instance.

Have you tried the Tynamo web server?  (http://tynamo.qindesign.com/)  
You can do much more advanced things with a servlet container.
