Thank you for the feed back.

Now the thing is there is problem with some configuration file in CMX. Because if I modify and compile the code it generates the .s19 file. If I down load with flash programmer latest code get downloaded and modifications are displayed. But I run through Code warrior it does not run. Of cource there are some problem which are listed earlier like the the terminal takes first command only after that it does not take any command , respond back with Unknown Command

  Are you sure that the APIs are present in the file you tried.
  Are you able to see the APIs in the file by disassembling ?
  Also, try to check the MAP file .

    Dear all

    This is extension to earlier mail. The board starts up with the precompliled 
    .s19 mass storage file. Shows the Mass storage driver started. Then if types 
    Dir content obce afterwords it doesnot show responec to any command.

    The yesterday's problem still exists
