Hi Sanjay, We connect the S1D13700 to the MCF5272 directly through address/data lines and bus control signals. The problem is that the S1D13700 has 3 configurable bus interfaces but none seems to match up directly to the Coldfire. Thanks, Martin _____ From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Sanjay Morab Sent: Tuesday, January 15, 2008 8:34 PM To: Martin Coria Subject: Re: [ColdFire] Coldfire and S1D13700 LCD controller Dear Martin I had not gone through the data sheet of S1D13700 but we had interfaced lot of LCD controllers and modules. Please can you tell me what is type of interface parallel or serial(i2c , SPI). I had reay modules I can share with you regards Sanjay Morab Accord Electronics 50, Rashmi Industrial Estate, Vasai Industrial Area, Navghar, Vasai Road(e), Dist. Enjoy the day! The controller lets you select the bus interface (generic, 68000, MC68K) from which we thought MC68K is the closest to Coldfire (we are using the MCF5272) but we haven't been able to access the controller yet. Does anyone have anything to share on this? Regards, Martin LEGAL NOTICE: Unless expressly stated otherwise, this message is confidential and may be privileged.
