Hi,
I just made my very first attempt to create a linux system for my board. I
am using the toolchain installed by/from the script
m68k-elf-tools-20030314.sh and the uClinux sources are unpacked from
uClinux-dist-20070130.tar.gz. Then I do what the README file says: make
xconfig and select vendor sentec and my board, then kernel version 2.4.x
(because README reccommends this) and all the rest I leave as is. Ok no
errors. Then make dep - also goes throug without errors (at least I did
not see one). Finally make<enter> and with this the problems begin. I had
the impression - text flys by in a hurry - that errors popped up very
early in the process. The final lines of the (tremendous) output are:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
....
x-dist/user/busybox/shell/shell.a
/home/rwb/uClinux-dist/user/busybox/sysklogd/sysklogd.a

The make did not produce a folder called 'image' or 'images' and hence
there is no binary anywhere. What can I do to trace down the problem?

Regards Bob
