The ROM programming issue

Dear Mark

I am facing unique problem with the programing. I had completely working project with me. I had programmed flash. If The BDM adaptor is connected then only the application executes properly otherwise it gives commumicaton error on UART. 

Please let me know wether some settings are to be made while downloading to flash to work in downloading
